Vintage French BROOCH Painted Glitter Black Floral PinPretty and fancy brooch from France. I'm not 100% sure how this was made. It appears to be a hand painted base of flowers done in gray, white, and black embellished with glitter. It is covered with some sort of plastic, perhaps celluloid but I am unsure.
